Website Terms This website ("www.studiobrev.com")is owned and operated by StudioBrev, LLC ("StudioBrev"). By accessing this site, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms. The site and its contents are provided for informational purposes regarding our vocal coaching services.

Platform & Services Agreement

This User Agreement becomes a legally binding contract between you ("Participant") and StudioBrev, LLC when you enroll in our services.

User Registration & Security

3.1. You will be required to create a username for our Skool account. Part of the determination of your participation is your internet speed and connectivity to ensure a smooth experience to aid in your learning.

3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Platform Usage & Website Conduct

4.1. You agree to use the StudioBrev website and Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

4.2. You shall not:

a) Violate the rights of others

b) Harm, harass, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or website

c) Distribute or transmit any harmful or malicious software or content

d) Attempt to gain or share unauthorized access

e) Share login credentials or course materials with non-members

f) Post inappropriate or disruptive content in community spaces

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to recordings, videos, materials, logos, and teaching methodologies displayed on the StudioBrev Platform and website are owned by StudioBrev. You may not use, reproduce, record, or distribute such content without StudioBrev's prior written permission.Subscription & Payment

Terms

6.1. The StudioBrev Platform is available on a year-long subscription basis. Payment is required to access and use the Platform during the subscription period.

6.2. You certify that you are the authorized user of credit card/bank account provided on file and will not dispute these scheduled transactions that were agreed upon.

Termination

StudioBrev reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and/or Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

You become disruptive or difficult to work with

You fail to follow the program guidelines

You fail to meet scheduled payment deadlines (for installment plans- we understand that this is typically due to a credit card being changed or declined. We will work with you to gather correct information and will restore membership as soon as payment is received)

You impair the participation of our instructors or other participants

Limitation of Liability

8.1. Your use of both the website and Platform is at your own risk. While StudioBrev will provide calls, personalized feedback, and pre-recorded materials, your improvement depends on your level of commitment and participation. Under no circumstances will StudioBrev be liable for results or refunds.

8.2. We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device compatibility issues that may affect your access to our services.

Privacy & Data Collection

When you use our website or enroll in our services, we collect certain personal information. This information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for providing and improving our services.

Testimonials & Content Usage

10.1. Participants agree to provide video testimonials of their success stories to be used for future promotional materials. Recorded calls may be used in advertising.

10.2. By posting any content in our community spaces or submitting materials to us, you grant StudioBrev permission to use such content for promotional purposes.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Changes to Agreement StudioBrev reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify Participants of changes and it is your responsibility to review the modifications.
